We offer for rent the fully equipped premises of the former Café Purkyně, located in the Medical House (Lékařský dům) on Sokolská Street, in the immediate vicinity of I. P. Pavlova metro station. The premises are available immediately, with no key money or takeover fee required from the new tenant.

The total floor area of 145 m² includes both levels of the premises as well as an internal terrace. In its current layout, the café provides approximately 55 seats. The main customer area is located on the ground floor, with additional seating on the upper level and in the rear section facing the inner courtyard. The terrace also provides access to a basement-level space previously used for beverage storage.

The interior was originally designed for Café B. Braun by AI Design, the studio of architects Eva Jiřičná and Petr Vágner. Its most distinctive architectural feature is the glass spiral staircase connecting the two levels of the café.

The equipment shown in the photographs is owned by the landlord and will remain on the premises. It includes refrigerated display cases, a refrigerator, wine cooler, coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, ventilation system and air conditioning. A projection screen, projector and sound system are also available for presentations or smaller events. The condition of the premises and individual appliances reflects their previous use.

The premises are not equipped with a kitchen suitable for the full preparation of hot meals. The monthly rent is CZK 69,000. The advance payment for building services, primarily water and waste disposal, is CZK 5,000 per month. Energy consumption is charged separately. The security deposit is equivalent to two months’ rent, and the minimum lease term is two years.
