For long-term lease we offer office space with a total area of 48 m2 situated on the first floor of an office building with an elevator in Prague 10 - Vršovice, Moskevská street.

The offered premises consist of a large office and a storage room immediately accessible from the office (photos of the office so far only before the current tenant moved out). There are sanitary facilities and a shared kitchen/dining room with equipment with the possibility to buy quality meals in the FreshPoint fridge, which is located on the ground floor (www.freshpoint.cz). The view from the main windows of the large office is onto Moskovskaya Street. On the ground floor there is a reception desk providing reception services from 7am to 5pm and a security guard station which is in the building 24/7.

Access to the floor corridor is regime - chip/card and from the main staircase or elevator. The leased premises are air-conditioned and have data and telecommunication wiring. The offices are newly painted.

The offices have 1 guarded parking space in the courtyard of the premises - entry only with a chip or license plate reader.
