We offer for rent representative commercial premises on the 1st floor and 1st basement floor (storage) with a leasable area of 257.3 m2. The commercial premises are located in the passage of the multifunctional AGORA FLORA building with access from Hradecká and Chrudimská streets. The commercial space offered, with shop windows facing the arcade, previously served as a branch of the Czech Post Office.

We prefer a fixed-term lease agreement for a minimum of 3 years.
A security deposit equal to 2 months\' rent including VAT and 2 advance payments for services will be paid upon signing the agreement, or at the latest on the date of commencement of the lease.
