We offer for long-term rent a renovated 2+1 apartment with an area of 60 m2, located on the 3rd floor of a brick building without a lift in a quiet part of Prague 10 - Vršovice, Jakutská Street.

The owner renovated the apartment 5 years ago to make it comfortable to live in, while respecting the original character of the 1960s apartment building. The rooms feature restored original oak parquet floors, original doors, and ceilings with stucco moldings.

The apartment will remain partially furnished - there will be a washing machine, storage space (large wardrobes in the hall, an IKEA chest of drawers and a double bed with storage space in the bedroom), a sofa bed, and a veneered table in the kitchen. (The light fixtures in the photos did not remain in the apartment (except for the light fixture in the living room, which remained).

The living room (with French windows) and bedroom (with double bed) are separate, non-interconnecting rooms.
