1) PROPERTY SELECTION

From the current offer, you can choose the one that meets your specifications and meets your requirements.
2) PROPERTY TOURS
A real estate broker arranges a tour of the property that has captivated you and at the same time gives you all the necessary documents and available information not only about the property but also about the neighborhood.
3) RENTAL BOOKING AGREEMENT
If you have chosen to rent the property, a real estate lease agreement will be concluded. This agreement provides you with a reservation of the selected real estate until the lease is signed.
4) LEASE AGREEMENT
Our broker will provide you with a rental agreement prepared by our lawyers who will handle the agreed terms of the contractual relationship. The lease period is arranged for at least one year with the possibility of extension, which our real estate agency will take care of.
5) TAKING OVER THE PROPERTY
We are still with you when you take over the property. Our broker will bring a handover protocol to take over the apartment, in which, in addition to the energy meters (electricity, hot and cold water, heat and gas), the current state of the property is recorded. After the lease is terminated, the property is returned to the property in which the individual items are again recorded in the protocol.
6) BILLING SERVICES
The Lessor will provide you with a billing of services (according to your real consumption) upon the end of the lease, on the basis of which you will either be refunded an overpayment or an additional charge.
