Karel Štaubert is the executive of our company. But he's also a keen broker. His studies were already moving him towards the buildings and he gradually realized that real estate was his passion. But what else will he tell us about himself?

I’ve been working at K&Š MAXXUS REALITY since its establishment, since 2014. I’ve been working in real estate for 7 years.

WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO THE JOB OF A REAL ESTATE AGENT?


Civil engineering and love for real estate and architecture in general.

As it is not a branch franchise network but one office, we can approach each client individually.

WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN AND WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK?

I specialize in the sale and rental of apartments, houses and land sales.

I enjoy diversity at work. I still meet new people across all age categories, getting to know different types of real estate.

WHAT CHARACTERISTICS HAVE TO BE IN A REAL ESTATE BROKER?


I think the broker should be intuitive. He should definitely be knowledgeable about building issues so that he can advise the client professionally and at least have a basic awareness of real estate law. In short, it should be the person to whom the client can ask questions and receive a valid response.

AT K&Š MAXXUS REALITY, YOU ARE BASED ON PERSONAL ACCESS TO CLIENTS. HOW DO YOU SEE A PERSONAL APPROACH IN YOUR WORK?


I see personal approach in communication with the client. My clients especially appreciate that they can turn to me almost any time they are bothered by something and discuss the questions which don't let them sleep.

WHAT WAS THE MOST EXTRAORDINARY OR UNUSUAL THING YOU DID FOR YOUR CLIENT?


The most extraordinary thing I consider to be the takeover of an apartment from a tenant who flew back abroad. The owner had no choice but to accept this term. That is why he asked me to arrange this on my part.

WHAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS SITUATION YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED AS A BROKER?


The most ridiculous situation was when a client at the apartment within location of Vinohrady began to look for a group of black energy that we cannot see because we are not aware of this magic. Therefore, the client went through the apartment with her aids to check it. Eventually - she bought the apartment.

 

CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR MOST INTERESTING BUSINESS WITH WHICH YOU HAVE MET IN YOUR CAREER?


One of the most interesting sales is definitely the sale of a villa after a famous actress from the 1930s in Prague's Hlubočepy.

HOW DO YOU TRY TO GET ALONG WITH "PROBLEM" CANDIDATES? HOW DO YOU ACHIEVE THE SUCCESS OF BOTH SIDES?


As a rule, so-called problem clients need a lot of attention and need you to listen to them so that the client knows that you’re trying to meet his needs if they are, of course, realistic.

WHAT WILL YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE?


Given the time-consuming nature of this profession (it’s always up to the individual to decide whether or not they will grant their time), I like to do sports in order to regenerate and gain brand new energy.
