Rent indexation:
The rent will be indexed annually (in January of the given year) according to current data from the Czech Statistical Office on the average growth of the consumer price index for the previous calendar year.

The amount of the advance payment will be determined according to the selected operation. Based on current energy prices, the amount of billable advances for services and own consumption is set at CZK 135/m2/month including VAT, with annual billing.
We prefer a fixed-term lease agreement for a minimum of 3 years.

A security deposit equal to 2 months\' rent including VAT and 2 advance payments for services will be paid upon signing the agreement, or at the latest on the date of commencement of the lease.
