The takeover fee (3,000,000 CZK) includes:

- established business contacts and supplier relationships,
- opportunity to continue sourcing premium Italian food products,
- opportunity to continue wine supply from a private winery,
- transfer of operational know-how and experience,
- possibility of taking over the existing experienced staff.
The restaurant equipment and furnishings are purchased separately for 2,500,000 CZK (per the inventory list) and include:
- complete restaurant equipment,
- professional gastronomic technology,
- full inventory (porcelain, glassware, cutlery, kitchenware and small equipment),
- complete interior furnishings and restaurant setup.
The restaurant features a fully approved professional kitchen, ready for both hot and cold cuisine operations.
The premises also include a separate production area for pastry and delicatessen products, equipped with professional facilities.
The technological background includes, in particular:
- combi ovens,
- professional refrigeration and freezer systems,
- blast chillers,
- mixers,
- dough kneaders,
