5. Additional Storage Space

On the first floor above the handling hall, there is an additional space of the same size (approx. 844 m²), suitable for storage or sorting activities. Handling and storage can be carried out using a forklift through an opening in the floor/ceiling. The space is also accessible via staircase.

6. Loading Docks

The building is equipped with two loading docks, significantly facilitating the loading and unloading of goods.
